¿Es diestro (a) o zurdo (a)?Are you right-handed or left-handed?
¿El dolor del hombro impide o limita sus actividades normales (en el trabajo, en casa, etc.)? Does the pain in your shoulder limit your normal activities? (at work, at home, etc.)
¿Tiene dolor? (inestabilidad, rigidez, hinchazón, pérdida de rango de movimiento) Do you have pain? (inestability, stiffness, swelling, loss of range of motion)
¿Se bloquea?Is it blocking?
¿Se atrapa?Is it catching?
¿El dolor corre por algún lado? (al cuello, al codo)Does the pain run or shoot in any direction? (to the neck, to the elbow)

Instrucciones del examen

Levante la mano (derecha o izquierda). Raise your (right or left) hand
Bájela detrás de la cabeza para tocar el omóplato (derecho o izquierdo)Lower it behind your head to touch the scapula (right or left)
