The 5 2 1 0 diet in Spanish helps you easily talk through the number of fruits & vegetables, screen time, activity, and sugary drinks that are healthy to consume on a daily basis.

The recommendation is:
Recommendation | Meaning |
5: Porciones de frutas y verduras | 5 Portions of Fruits and Vegetables |
2: Menos de 2 horas con la pantalla por día | Less than 2 hours of screen time a day |
1: Una hora al día de juegos activos / actividad física | One hour of active play |
0: Bebidas azucaradas – beba más agua | Sugary drinks – Drink more water! |

Note: Be careful with the verbs “rayar” y “rallar” because their meanings are totally different:
- Rayar: To underline / To draw lines or stripes
- Rallar: To grind something by rubbing it against the shredder.
