Un ejemplo… Dolor de cuello / En Example… Neck Pain

Los síntomas que tiene ahora después del accidente indican que probablemente tiene latigazo cervical  (whiplash). The symptoms you have now after the accident indicate that you probably have a whiplash.
Pero necesitamos descartar (rule out) otras posibilidades porque también puede ser: un disco herniado, un nervio pinzado (apretado), o enfermedad degenerativa del disco But we need to rule out other possibilities because it can also be: a herniated disc, a pinched (tight) nerve, or degenerative disc disease
Para confirmar exactamente lo que está pasando, necesitamos hacerle [rayos equis, tomografía, IRM] To confirm exactly what is happening, we need to do [x-ray, tomography, MRI]
Si es un latigazo cervical, vamos a [tratamiento]. Si es un disco herniado, recomiendo [tratamiento] If it’s a whiplash, we are going to [treatment]. If it is a herniated disc, I recommend [treatment]

Diagnósticos Graves / Serious Diagnoses

He recibido (recibí) los resultados y necesitamos hablar sobre próximos pasos.  I have received (I received) the results and we need to talk about next steps.
