Intermediate Spanish for Pharmacists
This Intermediate Pharmacy Spanish course is tailored for pharmacy students, pharmacists and others wanting to improve their confidence and fluency with Spanish in the pharmacy.
It is a perfect for the student with 2+ years of High School Spanish or 1+ years of college Spanish in the past, who wants to review what they already know and gain more knowledge of medical terminology in the pharmacy context.
Join this class if you’re ready to boost your Spanish conversational skills and medical vocabulary in various pharmaceutical contexts.
How do these hybrid pharmacy Spanish classes work?
- Every week a new lesson opens with several topics that support that main lesson.
- You work through the lessons at your own pace and when it’s convenient for you.
- Then the following week you join the live practice session with the rest of the students and get the practice you need speaking and listening in Spanish.
- If you miss the live practice session, we’ll record it for you to view later.
- Then you start over again the next day with a new lesson with supporting topics.

Can pharmacy technicians take these courses and can they count toward Continuing education for renewal of licence
Hello Mary, yes anyone working in the pharmacy setting with Spanish speaking clients will benefit from these courses. However, we have not accredited this curriculum through the APhA – their pricing structure is astronomical.
