White-Label Study Abroad Programs
Your institution’s program, your institution’s name, our operation on the ground.
Some institutions want a program that is unmistakably theirs. The students see your name, the marketing carries your brand, and the program sits inside your international portfolio rather than being described as a third-party trip. That is what a white-label arrangement does. We build and run the program in Costa Rica or Ecuador, and it goes to market as yours.
We Already Do This
We currently run a white-label program for the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and we are actively looking to build more of these partnerships.
That matters for two reasons. First, this is an established arrangement rather than a service we are describing in theory. Second, you can ask us how it works in practice, and we can point to a partner who has been running it.
What White-Label Means Here
You own the program. We operate it.
Students enroll through you, are recruited by you, and experience the program as an offering of your institution. Behind that, the housing, the instruction, the placements, the transport, and the in-country leadership are ours, drawing on the same infrastructure and the same partner relationships that support all of our programs.
The difference between this and a standard partnership is presentation and ownership, not quality. It is the same operation underneath.
What Each Side Provides
Your institution provides
The brand and program name, student recruitment and enrollment, academic credit and assessment, faculty involvement at the level you choose, and the relationship with your students before and after.
We provide
Program design, host family and housing arrangements, Spanish instruction and instructors, community health or professional placements, local transport, in-country program leadership, daily supervision, emergency response, and the standing relationships with local organizations that make the placements possible.
Who This Suits
White-label arrangements tend to make sense for institutions that:
If you want your faculty leading and your name on it but do not want to negotiate with host families in a second language, this is the structure.
Quality Control
The obvious question with a white-label arrangement is what happens to quality when your name is on something you do not operate.
Our answer is that the program runs on the same infrastructure as everything else we do. The same host families, the same instructors, the same partner organizations, the same 24 hour in-country leadership, and the same daily supervision. We do not run a separate, thinner version for white-label clients, because there is no second operation to run it with.
Beyond that, we expect institutional partners to inspect. Send a faculty member, review the itinerary, speak with our program leaders, and talk to the participants afterward. Partners who scrutinize the program tend to become long-term partners, and that suits us.
Program Types Available
Any of our program models can be delivered under your brand:
Programs run in Santo Domingo de Heredia, Costa Rica, and Cuenca, Ecuador, with some structures combining both countries.
Accreditation and academics
Our medical Spanish immersion programs are CME and CE accredited. Academic credit is awarded by your institution, and we build the program so it supports what you require in contact hours, documented placements, and supervision records.
Getting started
White-label arrangements involve more discussion than a standard placement, because we are agreeing on presentation, responsibilities, and terms as well as program design. Expect a few conversations before a proposal is right.
