Having the Spanish skills for a solid introduction and taking the time for a little rapport building go a long way in improving your relationships with your Spanish speaking patients.
Thankfully, it’s not extremely hard nor overly time-consuming to make a great connection with your patients from the first moment that you meet them. In this course, we’re going to show you how!
At the end of these 4 lessons, you will be able to:
- Greet your patient appropriately and respectfully
- Describe your profession and your role with the patient
- Ask your patient how they are feeling and understand their answers
- Ask a handful of questions that are guaranteed to communicate to your patient that you’re interested in them as individuals, and therefore build rapport with them
