Patient Introductions and Rapport Building

Having the Spanish skills for a solid introduction and taking the time for a little rapport building go a long way in improving your relationships with your Spanish speaking patients.

3. Ask your patient how they are feeling and understand their answers
4. Ask a handful of questions that are guaranteed to communicate to your patient that you’re interested in them as individuals, and therefore build rapport with them
