3. Unos verbos – Some verbs

  • Abrir –> Abra la boca
  • Acostarse –> Acuéstese (boca arriba / boca abajo) 
  • Agacharse –> Agáchese 
  • Apretar –> Apriete (mis dedos) 
  • Bajar –> Baje (el pantalón / la camisa) 
  • Bajarse de –> Bájese de (la mesa / la cama / la báscula) 
  • Cerrar –> Cierre la boca
  • Caminar –> Camine (con los pies pegados “talón a dedo”) 
  • Decir –> Diga “ah”
  • Descansar –> Descanse
  • Doblar –> Doble (la pierna / el brazo) 
  • Empujar –> Empuje (mis manos) 
  • Hacer –> Haga un puño
  • Inclinarse –> Inclínese hacia (adelante / el lado derecho / el lado izquierdo) 
  • Jalar –> Jale contra mi mano
  • Levantarse –> Levántese despacio
  • Mirar –> Mire hacia arriba
  • Moverse –> Muévase hacia el final de la mesa
  • Ponerse –> Póngase (la bata / la camisa) 
  • Quitarse –> Quítese la camisa, los pantalones, etc
  • Relajar –> Relaje 
  • Relajarse –> Relájese 
  • Resistir –> Resista (presión) 
  • Respirar –> Respire (profundo / normal) 
  • Sacar –> Saque la lengua
  • Seguir –> Siga mi dedo
  • Señalar –> Señáleme dónde le duele
  • Sentarse –> Siéntese (aquí / en la mesa / en la cama) 
  • Sentar –> Siente al bebé en su regazo 
  • Subir –> Suba (el pantalón / la camisa) 
  • Subirse –> Súbase a (la báscula / la mesa) 
  • Tomar –> Tome
  • Voltear –> Voltee (la cabeza / la mano) 
  • Voltearse –> Voltéese 

Otros verbos que puede usar durante la revisión a un paciente son:

  • Tranquilizarse –> Tranquilícese  (Calm down)
  • Quitarse –> Quítese (el pantalón / la camisa / los anteojos)  (Take off your pants / shirt / glasses)
  • Soltar –> Suelte (el aire)  (Let the air out)
  • Ponerse –> Póngase (de pie / de espalda / de frente)  (Stand up / Get on your back / Stand in front)
